This mig welder is great for beginners and does it all. Very detailed instructions, small and compact and can be used for almost any every day item that may require a welder. Adjustable setting for whatever material you are working with. Great performance, great product. I highly recommend to anyone needing something for smaller around the farm jobs.

I'm not a welder, I took welding in shop class, aced it, I've welded casually in shops as well but I'm not a certified welder.

That said, this thing is great, my exhaust needed repairs, all around me shops quoted on average $800 to fix! So after seeing a lot of good youtube reviews, and with a healthy dose of skepticism I took a gamble and bought this along with $60 worth of pipe and hey! It worked great! My welds aren't beautiful but they're strong and air tight and that's really all that matters here. My exhaust is repaired, I saved myself $600 and I now own a little welder that I've additionally used to fix some gate hardware, plant hangers and built some table legs for a live edge table.

I made this purchase in April of’23 and it hasn’t let me down. I use .035 wire. And I weld a lot of 14 ga. Material. I have a dual voltage Lincoln 180 that I haven’t used since I got this one. I like that it’s only 15 lbs, is easy to tote around.
I take it to job sites and people are amazed. For less than 300 bucks, you can’t go wrong. Here’s a tip, I keep mine in a standard plastic milk crate. It fits perfectly with the ground and stinger too. When is the last time you picked up a welder with one hand that you can easily run up a ladder with? Did I mention it is only 15 lbs?
When this one dies I’ll get another one. I’m really hard on tools. This one is tough. No Joke
